Just a reminder for parents/guardians… if you arrive to pick up any fundraising merchandise before 3:05 PM you MUST sign in at the office. Thank you to Ronda Hoover who has volunteered to be the fundraising chairman again this year. We are always looking for additional volunteers! It does not have to be a commitment for EVERY fundraiser, but if you could chair, or even help with, a particular one, please let Ronda Hoover at 587-6433 or Dot Luckock know at 587-6233. Also let us know if you have ideas for different fundraisers.
Some fundraiser details do not need to be done during the business/school day. So, if you work full-time, we can still utilize your help! There are some projects that do require a parent to meet the delivery truck and/or supervise the distribution in an afternoon. We are happy to work with you to have new helpers, new ideas, and to continue to be successful.
Reminder to all parents and students - To ensure payment security for all fundraisers - During 2010 our policy - we now require that payments - especially if CASH - are sent to us in a sealed envelope with the student name on it. Music Boosters has a policy of 2 persons to count all payments/monies. There is a wooden locked dropbox in the music department that will be used for this purpose. This ensures security for the people working the fundraiser, student/families and music booster organization. Thank you. Dot Luckock, President.
